Job Summary:
We have one vacancy for a 24hr contracted position at Bethshan Nursing Home.
The successful applicant will be responsible for contributing to the efficient running of the home, supporting residents in their daily needs and ensure residents are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing at all times.
Experience is desired but not essential as full training can be given.

- Deliver personalised care to patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing
- Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems
Skills:
- Proficient in English language
- Experience in home care or care home settings
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise and build rapport with patients
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and documentation
