This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting students throughout their university journey, working proactively with those who may be at risk of disengagement to help them overcome barriers, re-engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes.
About the Role
Reporting to the Student Experience and Services Manager, you will work closely with academic and professional services colleagues to identify and support students who may be experiencing difficulties with attendance, engagement or progression. Using a range of student data and learning analytics, you will deliver targeted interventions and personalised support designed to improve student outcomes and retention.
You will build positive relationships with students, acting as a trusted source of support, guidance and encouragement, while helping them access the wide range of services available across the University.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about student success and who combine excellent interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
