What You’ll Be Doing
As our Operations Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind daily branch operations — ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
You’ll lead people, plan routes, optimise fleet activity, manage performance, and keep the operation performing at the highest level.
Your impact will include:
· Running day-to-day operations within the Secure Area
· Leading and motivating a team of approx. 50 drivers
· Mastering fleet planning, vehicle utilisation & route optimisation
· Delivering first-class service for all customer collections & deliveries
· Managing rosters, TMS updates, audit trails & daily reports
· Ensuring full compliance with operator licence rules
· Monitoring fuel, telematics & KPIs to control costs
· Upholding exceptional standards of security & safety
What We’re Looking For
You don’t just “manage” — you lead, organise, and get things moving.
Essential:
· Strong fleet management and route planning experience
· Confident leader with great communication skills
· High attention to detail
· Solid experience with Microsoft Office
· Health & Safety awareness
· Ability to stay calm under pressure & own your decisions
· 5 years of checkable history
· Previous experience in operations or logistics supervision
