We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable Early Years SENCO who is committed to ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive. The successful candidate will champion inclusive practice, work collaboratively with families and professionals, and lead the provision for children with Special educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across the setting.
Key responsiblities
Lead and co ordinate the provision for children with SEND, ensuring their individual needs are identified and supported at the earliest opportunity.
Develop, implement. monitor, and review individual support plans in partnership with parents, carers and key persons.
Promote an inclusive enviroment where every child feels valued, respected, and able to achieve their full potential.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to staff to develop confidence and understanding of SEND and inclusive practice.
Work closely with external agencies.
Pay: From £16,000.00 per year
