We are an established optical & recently started hearing business and we’re looking for an ambitious, HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Audiologist to help build our hearing care service from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a lead clinical role, where you’ll have the freedom to shape the hearing care offering, work with modern equipment and suppliers and develop the patient journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver hearing assessments, fittings and aftercare to a high clinical standard.
- Work alongside the business owner to design and launch our hearing care services.
- Select audiology equipment and recommend suppliers/partners for ongoing use.
- Develop clinic workflows and protocols to ensure outstanding patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with HCPC and BSHAA guidelines.
- Participate in service promotion and help grow the patient base.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser (or awaiting registration)
- Confidence to work independently and help set up a new clinical service
- Passion for delivering excellent patient care and strong communication skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to support business growth through service
- Valid UK driving licence ideally
