Key Responsibilities:
Deliver fast, friendly and engaging service across the bar and floor
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard
- Take food orders and follow all allergen procedures accurately
- Drive sales through recommendations and confident upselling
- Work closely with the team to keep service smooth during busy periods
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar and FOH area
- Handle payments accurately (cash and card)
- Respond to guest queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Support with reservations, walk-ins and managing guest flow
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Qualities:
- Previous bar experience is essential (1–2 years preferred)
- Confident working behind a busy bar and under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage guests
- Good basic maths skills for cash handling
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation
- A genuine interest in country music and live entertainment
