Duties

- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all beverages are prepared in accordance with health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while managing tabs and billing processes.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons.
- Collaborate with team members to manage busy periods smoothly, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of food safety standards and serving regulations to uphold health guidelines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, tips, and inventory counts.
