Experienced Installation Team – Conservatory Roofs, HUP Extensions & Garden Rooms

Park Lane Windows is continuing to expand and we are looking to recruit an experienced two-person installation team to join us on a permanent, PAYE basis.
This is not a subcontract position. We are looking for an established, experienced team who want the security of full-time employment while continuing to work on varied, high-quality installation projects.
The successful team will work across our growing range of:
- Lightweight tiled conservatory roof replacements
- Ultraframe HUP extensions
- Modular garden rooms
We have a strong and consistent order book and are looking for installers capable of taking responsibility for projects from the start of the installation through to a high-quality finished job.
The Role
Working as a two-person installation team, your projects will include:
- Removal of existing conservatory roofs
- Installation of lightweight tiled conservatory roof systems
- Construction and installation of Ultraframe HUP extensions
- Installation of modular garden rooms
- Structural assembly, insulation and internal/external finishing
- General carpentry and associated installation work
- Working accurately from survey drawings and specifications
- Maintaining clean, safe and professional sites
- Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service throughout
What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced and versatile installation team with a strong background in conservatories, replacement roofs, extensions, garden rooms or similar domestic construction.
Ideally, you will have:
- Proven experience installing tiled conservatory roofs
- Strong carpentry/joinery and general building skills
- Experience constructing extensions, garden rooms or modular building systems
- Experience with Ultraframe HUP or similar systems would be an advantage, although product-specific training can be provided
- The ability to complete projects to a high standard from start to finish
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work from detailed drawings
- A professional and respectful approach when working at customers' homes
- A full UK driving licence
- Your own appropriate hand tools
