Scottlyn is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistants to join our friendly team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults, helping them to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support individuals with daily living activities while encouraging independence.
- Build positive relationships and offer emotional support and companionship.
- Assist with meal preparation and support with eating and drinking where required.
- Administer medication in accordance with training and company procedures.
- Monitor and report any changes in health, wellbeing, or behaviour.
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
- Support individuals to access the community, attend appointments, and participate in meaningful activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and families to deliver exceptional care.
About You
- Caring, compassionate, and patient.

- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays where required.
- Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
