We are looking for a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapist to join the luxury spa team at Kesgrave Hall. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional treatments and creating a truly relaxing experience for every guest.

About the Role
As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver a range of professional spa and beauty treatments while ensuring each guest receives a warm, attentive and seamless experience from arrival to departure. You will be confident in recommending treatments and retail products that enhance the guest’s wellbeing and overall spa journey.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the beauty and wellness industry, take pride in their work, and enjoy being part of a supportive team within a luxury hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty and spa treatments to an exceptional standard
- Provide a warm, personalised and five-star guest experience for every client
- Build strong relationships with guests and create a welcoming spa environment
- Confidently recommend treatments and retail products suited to each guest’s needs
- Work collaboratively with the spa team while also using your own initiative
- Meet treatment and retail targets through genuine product knowledge and guest care
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism and spa presentation
- Follow all spa policies and standard operating procedures
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Spa Therapist
- A genuine passion for the beauty, wellness and spa industry
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Professional, polished and confident in a luxury spa environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
