Continuous rotating 3-shift pattern: earlies/lates/nights, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Packing finished products
- Machine minding (full operator training provided)
- Conducting quality checks on finished goods
- Visual inspection of incoming goods
- Completing process documentation
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
- Be comfortable working in a production environment with a strong focus on teamwork
- Be capable of following quality management systems and adhering to standard operating procedures
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Be able to work efficiently in a task-focused environment
This is a full-time, permanent role based on a standard 37.5-hour week across a rotating 3-shift pattern. Candidates should ideally be flexible and willing to adjust working hours when required to meet operational needs.
