Duties
- Deliver engaging training sessions tailored to healthcare qualifications, including practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
- Assess learners’ competencies through observations, tests, and portfolio reviews, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and update training materials to reflect current best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback to support learners’ development and guide them toward successful achievement of their qualifications.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress, attendance, assessments, and certifications in line with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with employers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure training programs meet the needs of the healthcare sector.
- Support learners through coaching and mentoring, fostering a positive environment that encourages continuous improvement.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong teaching abilities with experience in delivering vocational or technical training within healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of plumbing or related technical skills is a plus for multidisciplinary training environments.
- Proficiency in IT systems for record keeping, online assessments, and training delivery tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple courses, assessments, and learner records efficiently.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and levels of experience.
- Effective interpersonal skills to motivate learners and build rapport with colleagues and industry partners.
