Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our event and entertainment venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining the smooth functioning of the venue. Duties
- Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including event planning, scheduling, and execution
- Manage and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high standards of guest services are maintained at all times
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored experiences
- Monitor health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and a secure environment for guests and staff
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain the venue’s appearance, cleanliness, and organisation to uphold brand standards
- Manage inventory levels for supplies and equipment necessary for events
- Develop marketing strategies to promote the venue and maximise utilisation
- Prepare reports on operational performance and suggest improvements

- Proven management experience within the hospitality or events industry
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving aptitude with a calm approach to resolving issues
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to venue operations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by event schedules

Pay: £24,420.00-£48,622.38 per year
