Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily education service operations and learning support activities
- Coordinate programme schedules, resources, records, and participant communication
- Support instructors, facilitators, and administrative staff with delivery requirements
- Monitor learner feedback, attendance, service quality, and programme performance
- Prepare reports, documentation, and process improvement recommendations
- Liaise with students, staff, partners, and internal teams
- Ensure services follow company standards, policies, and quality procedures
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in education services, training coordination, student support, programme administration, or learning operations
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is preferred
- Experience managing learning programmes, schedules, records, or service delivery is an advantage

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, Learning and Development, or a related field

Pay: £42,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
