We are now looking for a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality finishes across our portfolio.
The Role
As a Plasterer at Lattuca Invest, you will:
- Carry out all aspects of plastering, skimming, and rendering on residential properties.
- Prepare walls and surfaces for plastering, ensuring a smooth, durable finish.
- Work on refurbishments, conversions, and maintenance projects.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations.
- Collaborate with our in-house refurbishment team and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plastering and property refurbishment.
- Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and finishing standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Full UK driving licence and own tools (van can be provided for the right candidate).
