Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience of organising and deploying jobs to a maintenance team, whilst also having the technical experience to evaluate and complete any jobs as and when needed.
We currently have a portfolio of properties which require ongoing maintenance in order to ensure that accommodation is fit for purpose and secure for vulnerable tenants. The majority of jobs will fall into general maintenance.
We require the maintenance supervisor to assess the jobs that come in daily and allocate them according to their urgency, providing a schedule of work for each team member that is both prioritised and also planned geographically. You will need good team leader skills, as well as taking authority in ensuring that jobs are completed, whilst finding solutions for any difficulties.
