Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our organisation. Duties
- Develop and implement organisational strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise managers and staff across various departments.
- Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage sales and merchandising activities to optimise revenue growth.
- Foster a positive organisational culture centred on teamwork, professionalism, and excellence.
- Coordinate recruitment, training programmes, and staff development initiatives.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams through effective phone etiquette and organisational skills.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered across all touchpoints
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a retail or similar environment with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; foreign language for Farsi and Pashto
- Experience in sales management, merchandising, and organisational planning.
- Demonstrated proficiency in administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and scheduling.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Previous retail management experience is highly desirable.
- Organisational skills that enable seamless coordination of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Supervising experience with a focus on team management and staff development.
