As a key member of our administration team, you will provide essential support to the Centre Manager across our Scottish hubs within the Corporate Services team. Working alongside a team of experienced tutors, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our students and families.
Summary
We are seeking a Corporate Services Assistant to support the Centre Manager for our Scottish hub centres and the wider Corporate Services team, helping to drive growth through effective administration and excellent customer service.
This role requires someone who can ensure the smooth running of administrative operations across our education centres in the region while working in line with Kip McGrath's key initiatives.
As a key member of our support team, you will help us continue our mission of empowering children through quality education by ensuring that all administrative tasks are delivered efficiently and adhere to best-practice standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries and convert them into assessment bookings
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
- Support the onboarding of new students to contribute to the growth of the business
- Ensure there is regular contact with parents, guardians and schools
- Report regularly to the Centre Manager
- Monitor and respond to day-to-day queries and ensure all general administrative duties are completed
- Ensure all complaints are processed by representatives in a timely fashion
- Provide accurate data entry with enrolments and financial accounts
- Assist in the scheduling of students and tutors
- Offer re-enrolments towards end of each bundle
- Report all incidents to the relevant department
- Effectively resolve all technical issues parents log during live online sessions/ tutors during in-centre sessions
- Write and send birthday cards, postcards, certificates and other occasion cards
- Support delivery of lessons (online and in-centre) as directed by the Centre Manager
- Centre key holder for opening and locking up as requested
- Pediatric Level 3 first aid support (can be trained on the job)
- Ensure each Centre can run operationally on a day-to-day basis in accordance with Kip McGrath standards
- To undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility and remuneration of the post that may be assigned
Additional information:
A fully qualified teacher would be desirable for this post to support with the students academic achievements and should hold in-date PVG.
Someone who holds a full driving licence would be desirable for this post in the event that work is required within another location within our Scottish hubs.
Hours: 15 hours per week
This is a part-time position, working 15 hours per week. Our preferred working pattern would be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:45pm to 7:45pm; however we are open to discussion and flexibility depending on individual availability
