As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll lead by example while coaching your team to deliver exceptional standards.

Oversee all bedrooms, suites and public areas to ensure everything meets guest satisfaction standards

Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve employee performance

Handle guest complaints and special requests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction

Manage VIP and repeat visitor requirements

Control consumables and stock levels to service the business effectively

Order and manage linen stock and cleaning materials within budget

Support daily staffing requirements in the Head Housekeeper's absence

Ensure all guest lost property is reported using hotel procedures
