We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic waitress to join in our Restaurant business which has various dishes like Indian cuisine , pizzas , Burgers,Donar kebabs, desserts etc.we are going to add extra menu and operations time till late night.acmdtion also available.
this role is crucial in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, particularly in a fast-paced environment such as a restaurant or culinary setting.
Duties
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding menu items, food preparation,serving and restaurant services.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance the customer experience through upselling techniques.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the service process.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery of meals.
- Perform basic maths calculations for order processing and billing purposes.
- Support the team in various tasks as needed, contributing to an organised and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the food industry or restaurant environment.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and order calculations.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly disposition towards helping others.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
