Shaw Healthcare is looking for a creative, friendly and organized person to plan and carry out fun activities in Froome Bank
Froome Bank care home is a short walk from the centre of Bromyard with its shops and amenities. The single storey 18 bed home is set in an elevated position enjoying beautiful views over the local countryside and offers tranquil and peaceful surroundings.

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and deliver varied activities that meet the service users interests and abilities
- Encourage and motivate service users to participate in activities and social events
- Celebrate birthdays, seasonal events with in the home.
- Work collaboratively with care staff to identify opportunities for meaningful engagement through the day
- Ensure activities are delivered safely and in accordance to Shaw Healthcare’s policies and risk assessments
- To maintain accurate and legible records in respect of service users’ activities.
- To liaise with the senior nurse on duty with regard to outings.
- To research all prospective outings in respect of access and toileting facilities.
