Eligibility Criteria:
Must be in a Head of Business, or Regional Director role which reports directly into a current Group Vice President.

Upon submitting your application, you will receive an email containing a Sharepoint link. This link will lead you to guidance on the subsequent steps in this process. One of these steps involves scheduling an Aspiration Conversation with your direct leader. During this conversation, you will have the opportunity to discuss your application and seek their support as your Aspiring sponsor. The Sharepoint link will also offer guidance on how to prepare effectively for the Aspiration Conversation.
