We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff member/barista to join our team during weekends. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. You will play a crucial part in creating a positive dining experience, assisting with various tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of our establishment.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
- Help with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Have a keen eye for aesthetically presented food.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and dining spaces.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.
