We are looking for a Experienced South Indian Chef (Part-Time) to join our culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves creating authentic Indian breakfast dishes and takes pride in delivering quality and consistency with every plate.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook traditional South Indian breakfast dishes such as Khaman Dhokla, Idli, Sambar, Medu Vada, and Chole Bhature?
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently during early morning shifts.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work early morning shifts (5:30 AM – 12:30 PM).
- Excellent teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
