Visitor Services Team Member (Admissions & Business Reception)
Location: Dudley
Pay rate: £12.72 per hour
Contracts: Part-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 24 hours per week across 3 days on a 7-day rota basis. Between 8.00am-6.00pm
The Black Country Living Museum is seeking a Visitor Services Team Member to join the Admissions & Business Reception team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Museum’s front line and be part of a dynamic team at the heart of our visitor experience. You’ll greet visitors, contractors and business guests, and ensure that from the moment they step through our museum doors, they receive a warm, welcoming and inclusive experience.
What will you be doing?

Greeting and welcoming visitors.

Checking, scanning, and selling tickets.

Ensuring the welcome centre is tidy and well-presented at all times.

Handling face-to-face admissions queries.

Helping customers navigate the museum.

Receiving deliveries and managing incoming and outgoing post.

Responding to visitor enquiries in person, by telephone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Operating the Museums Admissions systems.
