We Change Lives provides specialist support for adults with complex health needs, acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and physical disabilities.
As a Support Worker within our complex care services, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with more advanced health and behavioural support needs. Full training will be provided, including specialist clinical training where required.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting individuals with complex care needs
Personal care and mobility support
Behavioural support
Supporting independence and daily living
Maintaining accurate care records
Working closely with clinical and multidisciplinary teams
Supporting people to access activities and the community

We’re looking for caring and resilient individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality support and making a positive difference.
Experience within care or support settings is welcome, and additional specialist training will be provided.
