What You'll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Preparing and serving fresh, high-quality dishes with consistency and pride.
- Creating seasonal menus, daily specials, and new dishes that showcase your creativity.
- Managing stock, ordering, and controlling food costs.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and HACCP compliance.
- Leading, developing, and motivating the kitchen team.
- Working closely with management to help grow the food side of the business.
- Ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience.
