Conveyancing Role – Fee Earning & Support
This role offers a mix of fee-earning and support responsibilities within a busy conveyancing department.
The Role
You will join a small but busy conveyancing team with a high level of experience, providing an excellent environment for learning and development. The firm prides itself on delivering outstanding client service and values this just as highly as revenue.
You will manage a varied caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Sales and purchases
- Mortgages and remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Equity release
- Lease extensions
Training will be provided for the right candidate; however, some prior conveyancing experience is required, as the firm cannot support training from a beginner level.
