Housekeeping Duties:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
- Change bed linens and replenish amenities
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and restock supplies
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety
-Organisation of laundry areas and shelving
-Ensuring all outdoor areas are consistently clean, presentable, and well maintained
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping to a very high standard essential
- Previous experience in 4* or 5* establishments desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Driver essential due to rural loction
Skills:
- Customer service skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner during busy periods
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping and service procedures and standards
