Café-Bar Manager

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Café-Bar Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of an established independent café-bar in Cardiff Bay.
The ideal candidate will have hospitality management experience, excellent customer-service and people-management skills, and a strong understanding of the practicalities of running a successful café-bar, including food safety, stock and cost control.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded manager to lead a small team and develop an established business within the unique environment of the Wales Millennium Centre.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
