About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with daily living while promoting dignity, independence and choice.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting residents with personal care and dressing
-
Assisting with meals, hydration and mobility
-
Monitoring and recording residents' wellbeing
-
Building positive relationships with residents and families
-
Supporting activities and social engagement
-
Working closely with care and nursing colleagues to deliver outstanding care
