Purpose of the Job

To play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of courier import operations. With a focus on compliance, customer service, and shipment tracking, this role supports the efficiency and reliability of our express services based in Poyle (Slough).

The shift pattern for this role:

Monday – 05.00 am to 01.30 pm

Tuesday – Day off

Wednesday - Day off

Thursday - 05.00 am to 01.30 pm

Friday - 05.00 am to 01.30 pm

Saturday - 05.00 am to 01.30 pm

Sunday - 05.00 am to 01.30 pm

Job Description

Compliance with the clearance of courier imports
Handle customer calls and deal with customer queries
Track and Trace of inbound shipments
Freedom shipments
Resolve Station problem queues
Clear outstanding shipments

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

Have an understanding of import clearances
Has an understanding of customer services
Proficiency in Descartes E-Customs and CNS required
Proficiency in Excel and Word
An understanding of geographical locations
