Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand clients’ needs and preferences.
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Thai, deep tissue, sports, and aromatherapy massages.
- Develop personalised treatment plans based on client assessments and feedback.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or stretches if appropriate.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Uphold professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, and hygiene at all times.
- Stay informed about new massage techniques and industry developments through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- recognised qualification in Massage Therapy or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in delivering various massage modalities is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy to ensure safe practice and effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen attentively to clients’ concerns.
- Professional attitude with a commitment to client care and confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexibly within scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
