We are looking for experienced Mentors and Learning support who will work with learners on our community outreach programme. you will meet learners on a 1:2:1 or 2:1 depending on learners needs and Risk assessments. You will deliver a curriculum planned by a qualified teacher focused on personal development, maths and English. you will meet the learners in community venues and help them to transition to Salt College over the next academic year.
This role will collect Learners listed for salt college transportation by driving one of our minibuses or being a safety Marshall within the vehicle. you must hold D1 on your license to drive.
This roles key focus is to enhance learner engagement to salt college supporting Learners to overcome barriers to learning such as engagement challenges, demonstrating their readiness for on site Salt College curriculum or transportation.

- Have a clean driving license with D1 on your license.
