We’re hiring experienced support workers to join our agency team, providing care to children and young people in residential homes and supported living settings.

Contract: 0-Hour / Flexible Agency
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months' experience in children’s homes or supported living
- Full UK Driving Licence + access to your own vehicle
- Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply
Role Overview
- Support children with EBD, trauma, mental health or learning disabilities
- Build positive relationships and mentor young people
- Follow care plans and safeguard children
- Encourage independence and emotional development
- Assist with household tasks (cooking, cleaning, etc.)
- Update documentation and daily records
