What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Growth: Manage KPIs and P&L for our private services while ensuring our NHS targets are consistently met.
- Regulatory Excellence: Lead the practice to maintain "Outstanding" standards for HIW compliance and GDC principles.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a diverse team of clinicians and support staff.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, including complex rota management and patient journey optimisation with our head nurse.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Track Record: At least 3–5 years of experience in dental practice management (Mixed/Private experience preferred).
- Business Acumen: Strong financial skills and experience with dental software. We use Dentally but historically a SOE practice.
- People Person: A natural leader with exceptional communication skills and a "can-do" attitude toward problem-solving.
- Compliance Knowledge: A thorough understanding of current dental regulations and the "Registered Manager" role.
