About the Venue:
Mamma Mia! The Party is a unique combination of ABBA inspired musical theatre and Greek banquet – all within an elaborate setting specifically designed to entertain over 500 guests per show.
Role Purpose:

What you will be doing
- Preparing and delivering high quality dishes in a high volume, banqueting style kitchen
- Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
- Maintaining excellent food standards, presentation, and consistency
- Working closely with the team to ensure efficient and organised service
What we are looking for
- Hospitality experience is essential with proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar
- Experience in high volume or banqueting style service preferred
- Strong knife skills and solid understanding of cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail and flexibility for evenings and weekends

This is a casual contract within a stunning venue at the O2, offering the chance to be part of an immersive dining experience alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
