Somerset Window Cleaning is an established, veteran-owned local business based in Street. We are a small, friendly team with steady, year-round work and a loyal customer base. We are looking for a reliable trainee window cleaner to learn our way of working and build a long-term role with us.
What you will be doing
- Learning to clean windows for homes and businesses using water-fed pole systems
- Clearing gutters and carrying out related exterior cleaning tasks
- Working outdoors in all weather, including some work at height on ladders
- Driving a work van between jobs across Somerset
- Leaving every property tidy and giving customers a professional, friendly service

- Full training from day one, with no previous window-cleaning experience needed
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with a lunch break

What we are looking for
- A full UK driving licence, as you will drive a work van every day
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Comfortable working at height when required
- Happy with early starts and travelling between jobs across Somerset
- A positive, team-first attitude and pride in doing a job properly
You do not need window-cleaning experience. If you are dependable, hardworking and want a stable, active outdoor job, we will train you in everything you need.
