We're looking for talented Electrical Craft Professionals to join a number of our operational plants at our Scunthorpe site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic industrial environment where your skills will play a vital role in maintaining the performance, reliability, and efficiency of our operations.
As an Electrical Craft Professional, you'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of planned and reactive electrical maintenance activities. From fault finding and diagnostics to equipment repairs and improvements, you'll use your technical expertise to keep our assets operating safely and effectively.
Working within a highly automated and technologically advanced environment, you'll be part of a team that is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Safety is our number one priority, so you'll need a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental requirements, with the ability to identify risks and apply safe systems of work in all aspects of your role.

What you need to bring
To be considered, you'll need to hold:
- A minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant mechanical discipline, or
- A recognised mechanical apprenticeship.*
Ideally, you'll have previous experience in electrical maintenance and fault finding within a manufacturing, industrial, commercial, or heavy engineering environment. However, we're equally interested in individuals who demonstrate the desire to learn, develop new skills, and embrace new technologies.
Experience within the steel industry would be beneficial, but it's not essential. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop your expertise and build a rewarding long-term career with us.
- Evidence of qualifications/apprenticeship completion will be required.
