What if you could practise Occupational Therapy entirely on your own terms?
As an OT Care Expert Associate with J Webb, you decide which cases you take, when you work and how you build your caseload, no line manager, no fixed hours, no ceiling. It's the flexibility to fit expert work around your life, the autonomy to apply your clinical judgement without oversight, and a genuine route to grow your standing as a respected expert witness in the medico-legal field.
You’ll earn £50–£80 per hour working 6–8 hours a week from home, alongside your existing clinical role.
What the role involves
Assess clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries and produce medico-legal reports for personal injury and clinical negligence claims. Each case involves one local assessment to determine the individuals future care and equipment needs. All the report writing is done remotely and flexibly, on your own schedule.
This is an established route into medico-legal and expert witness work. No previous medico-legal experience is required. Full training, mentorship and support are provided from day one.
Why OTs choose to work with us
- No financial restrictions on your recommendations. Give your clients what they actually need. No budget-driven compromises.
- Genuinely flexible. You set your hours around your clinical commitments. This role is designed to fit around your life, not the other way around.
- 40+ years industry experience. J Webb expert witnesses are known and respected by the UK's leading law firms. You'll be backed by over 40 years of experience.
- Full support from the start. Fully funded training, a dedicated one-to-one mentor, and ongoing office and IT support. You’re never left to figure it out alone.
- Prompt payments every 2 weeks.
