Job Description:
We’re looking for a confident and reliable Cook to join our brand-new family entertainment centre at Adventure Parc, Dolgarrog.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be running the kitchen independently during your shift, so we’re looking for someone experienced, organised, and comfortable taking full responsibility for food service.
You’ll be preparing and delivering quality food in a fast-paced environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while maintaining high standards at all times.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking food to a consistent standard
- Running the kitchen independently during your shift
- Managing your own prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities
- Maintaining high levels of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring ingredients are properly stored and rotated
- Keeping the kitchen organised, efficient, and fully operational at all times
- Working at pace during busy periods while maintaining quality
- Supporting with deliveries and basic stock control
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working in a kitchen is essential
- Confidence working independently and managing your own section
- Ability to stay organised and efficient under pressure
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- A reliable, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy seasonal periods
Working Hours
- 32–45 hours per week (season dependent)
- Shifts typically run from midday through to late evening
- Includes weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods
