Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and deliver excellent treatments consistently.
Duties
- Provide a range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, lash & brow treatments & massage.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, ensuring a personalised experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the beauty area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the best services.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
- Assist in promoting beauty services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Experience in Advanced Facials (eg. Dermaplanning, Microneedling, Chemical Peels), Intimate Hot Waxing, Lash & Brow treatments and Lymphatic Massage would be desired.
- Minimum of 1 year salon experience also required.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Working days
- Monday 9.30-6pm
- Tuesday 9.30-6pm
- Maybe every other Saturday 9-3pm
Pay
- You would be registered as self-employed, responsible for paying your own tax and insurance.
- However, you'd be paid an hourly wage (amount depends on experience), with the 16 hours guaranteed paid each week. This must be sent as an invoice weekly.
- Certain amount of holiday hours paid.
- No sick pay.
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
