We’re looking for someone who can work with clients to understand how they operate, identify opportunities for improvement and help deliver practical digital solutions that create real business value.
This isn’t a software development role.
It’s about understanding people, processes and technology, then using modern delivery approaches to turn ideas into working solutions quickly and effectively.
The role
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business, map processes and uncover opportunities to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks and streamline operations.
You’ll translate business requirements into practical digital solutions, dealing with everything from proof-of-concepts through to production-ready applications using modern technologies and platforms.
From leading discovery workshops to scoping out finished solutions, you’ll own projects from concept through to implementation.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in business analysis, business transformation, operations, consultancy or another client-facing problem-solving role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and an ability to simplify complex business challenges.
- Naturally curious, with an interest in emerging technologies and how they can solve real business problems.
- Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
You don’t need to come from a technical background. If you’re naturally curious, enjoy solving problems and can quickly learn new technologies, we’ll give you the tools and support to succeed.
