We have an immediate vacancy for an assembly technician to be based in our brand new HQ in Burgess Hill!
First and foremost, you must have an interest in motorcycles/motorcycle racing. This is a necessity.
The Role
This is a full-time, workshop-based position focused on the assembly and quality control of high-end motorcycle exhaust systems. We’re looking for someone who takes real pride in hands-on work and understands the difference between acceptable and exceptional.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble exhaust systems using hand and power tools to an extremely high standard
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Work to a very high standard of quality consistently
- Operate machinery in the production line
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in metal working
- Proficiency in using related power tools and hand tools including rivet guns, saws and grinders
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to self-direct; organise a personal job list and prioritise, based on importance and time available
- Punctual and reliable
- Good communication skills and able to work well in a team driven environment
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanour
- The ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Must have good written English skills.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4pm . Occasional overtime may be required during busy production periods.
Previous experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment is essential. Training will be provided, with opportunities to develop skills across multiple stages of exhaust manufacture.

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable with manual handling of components
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Confident using tools such as rivet guns, grinders, saws, etc.
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
