Parts Sales Advisor – Northampton (NN5)
£28,000–£32,000 DOE + Bonus | Monday–Friday
Are you confident on the phone, customer-focused and driven by sales? We’re looking for a Parts Sales Advisor to join our busy Northampton team.
The Role
- Handle inbound sales calls and customer enquiries
- Check stock, prepare quotes and process orders
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Make outbound calls to upsell, cross-sell and win back business
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Work towards sales, margin and KPI targets
- Deliver excellent customer service
About You
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Sales-driven and proactive
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive or parts experience is beneficial but not essential
Hours & Benefits
- Monday–Friday: 8:00am–5:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays: 8:00am–12:00pm once trained
- £28,000–£32,000 DOE
