Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small, talented and friendly team here at Out Lane Social. We are recruiting a part-time cocktail bartender. Don't expect run of the mill, think unique cocktails with locally sourced ingredients as well as exciting syrups and garnishes made by our rosette standard kitchen team. This will be an extremely rewarding position, especially for somebody with the creative desire to develop and excel.
Responsibilities
- Showcase your Bartender/Mixologist experience by crafting a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including unique and exciting cocktails
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all drinks are prepared to high standards, maintaining consistency and quality
- Oversee the bar maintenance, organisation, hygiene standards and service standards
- Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong bartending skills, including knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, classic and contemporary cocktails
- Experience with bar maintenance and inventory stock management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining quality during busy periods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests
