Dickson Domestic Repairs Ltd, established in 2008, is a reputable company specialising in white goods appliance repairs throughout the central belt of Scotland. As we continue to expand, we are seeking to grow our engineer workforce to meet increasing demand and uphold our commitment to delivering the best possible service to customers. Service engineers will work independently, handling repairs and servicing for a wide range of white goods appliances. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, as engineers will interact regularly with customers, ensuring a positive experience and clear communication. Basic I.T. skills are advantageous, as engineers will need to order parts, update job statuses, and manage van stock levels effectively. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training, so while a mechanical or electrical background is preferred, it is not essential. Candidates must hold a clean driving licence and have no criminal convictions.
