RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate care assistants to join our team and provide additional support to residents during the busy morning period. Working 8:00am–12:00pm on a 7-day rota basis, we have 16-hour and 12-hour per week positions available, including weekend shifts.
Duties will include supporting residents with personal care, toileting, showering, dressing, continence care, mobility, repositioning, breakfast and general daily routines, while promoting dignity, independence and choice.
You will work closely with the care team to ensure residents’ needs are met safely and to a high standard.
Previous care experience is desirable but full training and support will be provided. If you are caring, dependable and passionate about providing excellent person-centred care, we would love to hear from you.
