Summary
MTC Northwest Ltd are looking for an experienced HGV Technician Supervisor to lead our Weekend Night Shift workshop.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HGV Technician ready to take the next step into leadership, or an existing Workshop Supervisor looking for a new challenge.
Working on our busy weekend shift, you'll lead a team of technicians, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards while maintaining excellent levels of productivity and customer service.
You'll be joining a business that continues to invest heavily in its people, facilities and equipment, with manufacturer training, modern diagnostic technology and genuine opportunities for career progression
What We're Looking For
- Qualified HGV Technician with proven workshop experience
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience desirable
- Good organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and develop others
- Good communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- HGV Licence would be advantageous but is not essential
