Job Title: Health and Wellbeing Coordinator
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team and promote a healthy environment for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a background in residential and dementia care and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting residents’ physical and mental wellbeing through healthy lifestyle initiatives, exercise programmes, and cognitive stimulation activities. Promoting nutrition awareness, hydration, and positive engagement to enhance overall quality of life.
Collaborating with care staff to embed wellbeing practices into daily routines. Introduce local new and existing authority health and wellbeing programs.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
